This session presumed to explore ways in which one might accelerate learning practices in classrooms, it was however more of a philosophical discussion. The position was to take a creative though and turn it into reality. The group advocated amplifying what works and suppress what does not. Artificial targets and goals should be avoided when planning a new strategy. More growth is obtained from failure and administration should provide safe environments for teachers to explore.  Unfortunately, the educational system bleeds out innovation even before a teacher hits the classroom.
